PATCHOGUE AND SAYVILLE, NY — Suffolk Police allege this unidentified woman used a stolen credit card to make purchases at two local stores and needs the public’s help to identify her.
Police made the announcement today, Wednesday, Dec. 4.
According to police, the credit cards were reported stolen Dec. 26, 2018, at about 5:40 p.m. from a misplaced wallet at HomeGoods in Patchogue's Gateway Plaza. The credit cards were later used by an unknown woman at Gateway Plaza's Best Buy and across the street at Target on Sunrise Highway in Sayville.
Poplice did not state what was purchased with the stolen credit cards or the value of those purchases.
