Coffee with a Cop

FARMINGVILLE, NY (OnSachem.com / OnTownMedia.com) — The community is invited to join neighbors and local police officers for coffee and conversation.

Suffolk County Police Department's 6th Precinct will host "Coffee with a Cop." The event series is normally hosted at various locations throughout the precinct. As the pandemic continues, the next session will be held virtually. Police fondly refer to this as "The Virtual, On Your Couch, Bring Your Own Coffee Edition."

"Chat with a Suffolk County 6th Precinct Police Officer about your community, concerns, and learn about each other," according to the police announcement.

The 6th Precinct serves all of Farmingville, the northern halves of Holbrook and Holtsville north of the LIRR tracks, and portions of Lake Ronkonkoma east of Patchogue-Holbrook Road and Dorchester Road. The precinct is based in Selden.
