Five states removed from New York's self-quarantine list for travelers

LONG ISLAND, NY — Five states have been removed from New York State’s quarantine list. However, any travelers to New York from far-away Guam must quarantine upon arrival to the Empire State because of the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic. Meanwhile, Long Island’s infection rate is 1.1%, slightly above the statewide infection rate of 0.94%.
