New York State Comptroller Thomas DiNapoli is warning that the economic fallout of the coronavirus pandemic could cost state revenues $4 billion in the next fiscal year. New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio will sign an executive order today, March 16, limiting all restaurants, bars and cafes to food take-out and delivery only. Nightclubs, movie theaters, small theater houses, and concert venues must all close. The order takes effect at 9 a.m. tomorrow, March 17. Read more
