(The Center Square) – In a new report, 26 of 68 New Jersey hospitals evaluated for safety by the nonprofit Leapfrog Group received A’s and none failed.
(The Center Square) – Maine hospitals once again performed well in The Leapfrog Group’s Hospital Safety Grades. The nonprofit ranked more than 2,700 hospitals with grades from “A” through “F” based on 27 safety measures that include preventable errors, accidents, injuries, and infections.
PATCHOGUE, NY — Only 16 of 149 New York hospitals received an “A” grade from Leapfrog Group’s in their 2021 spring Hospital Safety Grade Report. Near the Sachem area, "A" grades were given to St. Catherine of Siena Hospital in Smithtown and Mather Hospital in Port Jefferson. However, closest to Sachem, Long Island Community Hospital in Patchogue graded a "C."
